Say hello to Jodie Kitson, our Managing Director here at Q Design!

Jodie is the heart of our team – funny, kind, approachable, and an all-round fantastic boss. She keeps everything running smoothly and is the first point of contact for all client enquiries and quotations, making sure every project gets off to the best possible start.

Whether she’s helping clients bring their ideas to life or keeping the team motivated with her great sense of humour, Jodie brings passion and positivity to everything she does.
Fun fact: Jodie has one very strong opinion... Tomato ketchup should be banned! 🍅🚫

We’re lucky to have her leading the way and making Q Design such a great place to work.

Megan is one of team Q’s graphic designers, who brings ideas to life with skill, flair, and plenty of personality. Whether she's producing eye-catching graphics or tackling a last-minute design request, she always delivers with a smile and a great sense of humour.

Known around the team for her love of a title on her hi-vis jacket, Megan isn't one to shy away from adding a bit of character wherever she can. She keeps spirits high with her quick wit and ability to find the funny side of even the busiest days.

When she's not creating brilliant designs, she's often found brewing what many would describe as a cracking cuppa – a talent almost as appreciated as her creative work. And when birthdays roll around, team members can usually expect an enthusiastic attempt at a birthday serenade. While opinions may differ on the quality of the performance, nobody can question the effort or entertainment value.

Creative, funny, and an all-round great teammate, Megan is a valued part of the team and someone we're lucky to have on board.

When it comes to keeping the numbers in check, Anna is the person we rely on. As our resident number cruncher, she brings accuracy, dedication, and a calm head to everything she does, helping to keep the financial side of the business running smoothly.

But Anna's talents don't stop at spreadsheets and invoices. She's also known for baking some truly delicious cakes, which are always a welcome sight in the office and have earned her plenty of admirers among the team.

Outside of work, Anna dedicates her time to running a charity football team, Soccability, providing opportunities for people to enjoy the game, build confidence, and be part of a supportive community. Her commitment to helping others is just one example of the energy and care she brings to everything she does.

Hardworking, kind, and always willing to lend a hand, Anna is a hugely valued member of the team. Whether she's balancing the books, baking treats, or making a difference through football, she gives her all and makes a positive impact wherever she goes.

Since joining the team, Kate has quickly made her mark with her creativity, positive attitude, and willingness to get stuck in. Always keen to learn and develop her skills, she's embraced every challenge that comes her way and has become a valued member of the team in no time.

Despite her dainty appearance, Kate has more than lived up to her promise of being the muscles of the team. Whether it's moving boxes, carrying equipment, or lending a helping hand when something heavy needs shifting, she's often first to step up and prove that appearances can be deceiving.

Kate also has a well-known appreciation for a custard cream, making her a very welcome addition whenever the biscuit tin makes an appearance. Pair that with her creativity and enthusiasm, and it's easy to see why she's settled into the team so well.

Always eager to learn, Kate brings fresh ideas, great energy, and plenty of determination to the role. We're delighted to have her on board and look forward to seeing her continue to grow and thrive as part of the team.
